The Starter plan is not offered in the executive portal.
Admin-managed: Executive eligibility, approval status and lead assignment are all controlled from the admin portal.

Bank Executives subscribe on the Business or Premium plan. Slot availability is shared with the main membership pool.
Admin-managed: Slot counters update live from active and pending subscriptions. Payments are only marked successful after verification through the payment gateway — nothing is auto-confirmed.
